Refund Policy
RETURN
If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, within 14 days from the date that you receive it, you can apply for a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must not have any installation marks or signs of use, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We also require a receipt or proof of purchase. The return shipping fee will be at your charge.
To apply for a return, please send an email to iswiftteam@gmail.com. Please inform us of the reason that you return the product, attached with pictures/videos of the product and package, and proof of purchase, so that we could process your request at the soonest. We will get back to you within 48 hours.
You will get the full refund of the order once we receive and inspect your parcel. Please note, if the parcel can not pass inspection, you may not get the full refund. The refund will be processed within 5-7 working days.
If the product you received is broken,wrong sent or missing items, please contact us via iswiftteam@gmail.com, with pictures/video of the broken/wrong/missing product. Once the condition is confirmed, you will receive a full refund or a replacement for a new one.
ORDER CANCELLATION
We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or processed. If the order is cancelled, you will get a full refund.
The order can not be cancelled if the product is already shipped out.
