The defective or non-functioning product which is not caused by human or physical damage is eligible to get the part/product replaced. We offer a minimum of 1-year warranty for each product we manufacture. The warranty period is valid from the initial date of purchase. Please see the warranty period on the page of each product.
Please note that the warranty does not cover:
- Cosmetic blemishes, scratches, stains or wear
- Malfunction or breakage due to misuse, negligence, accidental or intentional damage
- Modification or alteration of the product by anyone other than iSwift
If anything is broken or defective, please initiate your warranty claim by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please clearly address the issue with the pictures/video and attach the picture of the entire package. We will get back to you within 48 hours.
